Hisuian Zoroark is one of the strongest Pokémon that players can find and catch in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, and has a unique Normal- and Ghost-typing.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus introduced a few new variations of Pokémon, and one of the rarest Pokémon that players can find and catch is Hisuian Zoroark. When compared to its Unovian form, Arceus' Hisuian Zoroark is unique in both its appearance and typing as it changes from a Dark-type Pokémon to a Normal- and Ghost-type. Additionally, Hisuian Zoroark's Speed and Special Attacks make it tower over various opponents in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
As a Normal and Ghost-type Pokémon, Zoroark's Hisuian variant has more immunities than any other Pokémon in Legends: Arceus. Ghost-type Pokémon are immune to both Fighting- and Normal-type Pokémon moves while Normal-type Pokémon are immune to Ghost-type Pokémon attacks, which means Hisuian Zoroark is immune to what would normally be two weaknesses. As a Ghost-type, Hisuian Zoroark also has resistances to both Poison-type and Bug-type moves.
Hisuian Zoroark is only weak against Dark-type moves, making it one of the few unique dual-type Pokémon in the series that has less than two weaknesses!
Evolve Zorua to Zoroark in Arceus

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Zoroark can be found in two ways. The first Zoroark location in Arceus is in the Bonechill Wastes' underground tunnels in the Alabaster Icelands, where Hisuian Zorua can be found long before players beat and complete Legends: Arceus' story. Hisuian Zoroark is a much rarer find, so players are better off catching a Hisuian Zorua and evolving it to get a Zoroark in Arceus as fast as possible.
Hisuian Zorua can be found within a few levels of being ready to evolve into Zoroark, but will remain under-leveled compared to other Pokémon in the area. Arceus' Hisuian Zorua are found in the high 20s levels and can evolve into Zoroark at level 30. The entrances to the underground tunnels of Bonechill Wastes can be found on the right side of the map toward the mountain, and the left side toward Arena's Approach.

Where to Catch Zoroark in Pokémon: Arceus

Players have a guaranteed way of catching an Alpha Hisuian Zoroark in Pokémon Legends: Arceus during Mission 16, The Trial of Lake Acuity. Before this time, players will want to make sure that they are well stocked on Ultra Balls by reaching Star Rank Level six in Arceus and gaining the ability to craft them. Alpha Hisuian Zoroark is located inside the Acuity Cavern that players are sent to, but at level 58 its high Speed and Special Attack stats make it a dangerous threat for the ill-prepared.

After catching a Hisuian Zoroark in Pokémon Legends: Arceus (or evolving one from a Zorua) players will likely be happy to learn it has a variety of moves in its arsenal which support its great stats. Ideally, Trainers will locate a Hisuian Zoroark with a Timid or Modest nature, allowing either its Speed or Special Attack stats to be further boosted while sacrificing physical attack strength.
Hisuian Zoroark has access to moves like Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, and Bitter Malice, allowing it to take down Fairy-, Steel-, Ice-, Grass-, Psychic-, Bug-, and other Ghost-type Pokémon with ease. Players may also want to find Hisuian Zoroark's shiny version after beating Pokémon Legends: Arceus, which replaces the red on its fur with a more appropriate Ghost-type purple.
